Internet may be changing brains

Facebook is a social network site which connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around. People use facebook to keep up with friends, upload pictures and share with their friends. There are at least 800 million active users around the world.
Since the brain is plastic and it can change over time. There is a strong link between the number of facebook friends a person have and the amount of grey matter in certain parts of their brain. It depends on the number of facebook friends a person has.
The Facebook is making much easier for people to stay in touch with each other.
When I surf the Facebook site I often lose track of time. Before I know it a few hours have gone by. I get to know what my childhood, high-school friends are doing, even if they are in another part of the world. Facebook has brought back a lot of childhood friends. I know that there are always the pros and cons on both ends. The article said the study cannot tell us whether using the internet is good or bad for our brains.
